Normally, you would fill out this interest form, and Google would periodically invite individuals to use Road Mapper. Currently, according to the form, new sign-ups are unavailable. If it reopens, you can fill out the interest form and wait for Google to invite you. Once invited, at the time of writing, India can be mapped with Road Mapper, and tips can be found under Help & Guidance on the Road Mapper website.
