Celeste is known throughout the Local Guides community-and beyond-for being her hometown of Kansas City's biggest fan. Her most recent undertaking is eating her way through all the barbecue restaurants the city has to offer with a friend, all in an effort to help others.

This year, Celeste has been working with Heart to Heart International to bring COVID-19 vaccination clinics to folks in the Greater Kansas City area. When not helping her community get vaccinated, Celeste has also taken this as an opportunity to visit restaurants on her "Want to go" list and to discover new smaller businesses while she's outside of her usual exploration area.
