It's a great responsibility, yet a voluntary one. Be polite, write about your experience but don't make it personal. Also, as a Local Guide be sure to participate on Connect. Try to be an ambassador of your community, region, country. Remember, what you write about a local business, it's being read by tourists with limited time.

With Connect, I love learning about places, food and culture. I also enjoy the responsibility of being helpful to the community.

What makes a place or experience worth rating/reviewing?
We as Local Guides have the opportunity to honor and celebrate excellence when we find it. It is our way to uplift a place or experience that surpasses what was expected.

I enjoy the ability to understand the best way to get or reach a destination, efficiently.
