Lynn truly cares about the health and well-being of others, and this is reflected in her contributions on Google Maps. She is passionate about promoting healthy food options and helping others with specific dietary styles and restrictions find the best places to eat.

As a public health worker, she is on a mission to locate water fountains across Singapore and pin them on Google Maps in hopes of getting people to drink more water. Her first attempt to locate water dispensers in Singapore ended up as a 10-hour journey across the city. From there, she organized a meet-up and published a list with the water dispensers around Singapore.

In 2020, she has continued to post helpful information she cares about as well as adding contributions that are specifically helpful in this moment, like lists on places that practice proper social distancing in her area.

"I have also started to shift the focus of my reviews, in an attempt to help local businesses," she explained. "I realized many food and beverage outlets that did not do delivery previously have been forced to do so to survive and they might not necessarily have nice photos of their products, or they might be selling items that people think will not taste as nice if not eaten fresh. Hence I have been making it a point to patronize such eateries more often and to leave them a review to assure customers that the food tastes nice even when delivered (e.g. noodles and soup are packed separately, so the noodles won't get soggy), and to also take nice photos of their food so that they can use them if they do need some photos."
