"This year has been full of ups and downs, but this was the right time where we all as a community could come forward to help those around us," she told us.

"Being part of the Local Guides community, I learnt many ways to help during the pandemic. I noticed that some small shops were not listed on Google Maps in my area. As we all had restrictions to go out, the best way to help was putting business information on Maps. As we enter the next phase, it's adding information about reopening and hours of business, and adding pictures wherever possible."
