In 2020, Isha made it her mission to review places virtually and support businesses that adjusted to offer online services. "As a Local Guide, I have the amazing opportunity to help people not only in my local community, but also help people around the world using Google Maps and various Local Guides initiatives like One Accessibility, Clean the World, and others, " she said.

Isha has hosted numerous virtual meet-ups in 2020 that were focused on teaching the Local Guides community how to help small businesses. She also collaborated with others on meet-ups to shed light on topics important to Local Guides, like how to take better quality photos on Google Maps.

Isha is also a passionate member of the One Accessibility team, a group of Local Guides who advocate for accessibility around the world. She has shared posts on Connect like Multiple ways to contribute towards 'Accessibility' using Google Maps, Multiple ways to support a Virtual Business using Google Maps, and Inclusive gyms : Indoor, outdoor and online. Through her contributions on Maps and her posts on Connect, she has supported small businesses and worked to make the world more inclusive.
