We recently introduced breakfast in Nagoya.
Nagoya Station is less than 30 minutes away by train from Gifu Station, and Gifu Station is also surrounded by a great breakfast service, just like Nagoya.

An elderly man spends his morning leisurely reading the newspaper.
In the back of the store, there is a table with a game machine that used to work (the base has already broken down and no longer works).
There were many coffee shops like this in Japan about 30 years ago.
Coffee at this store is 300 yen.
During breakfast hours, toast and boiled eggs are served for free!
As an added bonus, the toast can be served with jam or ogura(red bean paste)!

This bakery has a constant flow of customers coming and going in the morning.
Many people buy bread here in the morning as they commute to work or school in the Nagoya area.
I decided to buy bread here as an accompaniment for my trip.
There are various kinds of breads such as hamburgers, bean buns, and jam buns, but some of them were sold out.
The prices are inexpensive, so I recommend it.

朝からご年配の男性がのんびり新聞を読んで過ごしています。
お店の奥に昔動いていたゲーム機（すでに基盤が故障して動かないです）テーブルがあります。
30年位前の日本ではこのような喫茶店が結構ありました。
このお店のコーヒーは300円。
朝食時間帯はトーストとゆで卵が無料でサービス！
おまけにトーストにはジャムまたは小倉を付けることができますよ！！

朝から絶え間なくお客さんの出入りがあるパン屋さん。
朝は名古屋方面に通勤通学の人も多いため、ここでパンを買っていく人が多いです。
私はここで旅のお供としてパンを買うことに。
ハンバーガー、アンパン、ジャムパンなど様々な種類がありますが、売り切れているものもありました。
価格も安いのでお勧めです。
