@MortenCopenhagen the Indian flag you see in each of my post is, a flag set as signature using old html format however it was dormant lying there being totally hidden and suddenly here on new connect it’s visible and looks super awkward
@AdamGT and @Julie_A I neither see the HTML edit in Firefox .
Besides that, trying to edit a comment with a picture, I do see the caption of the picture and can edit it, but not the picture itself for changing size or position. However, the picture appears in the preview and also after saving. Please see here.

I noticed earlier today that a link, I’d saved in the old version of Connect, very briefly showed my comment, but then scrolled up to a previous comment. I tried it again now and it worked with this link, It took from the share dialog : Local Guides' 2024 Album of Star Photos - #44 by WilfriedB
The link is still not working for me @WilfriedB However, I must say that this topic is now starting to look like a dog’s breakfast! I think it’s best that we start a new topic with each different issue as I think this is not what @Julie_A’s topic was meant to be about.
Thank you @AdamGT for the kind reply. My question is regarding reading a comment written in another language. Is it necessary to change ‘Interface language’ to read a comment in another language?

excited to explore the new community. seems like a fresh and clean experience for older members. I have a few suggestions. not sure if any other member already presented or not.
Under categories, can we have tags or subcategories on the left sidebar? I think it’s easy to navigate from that.
Would like to request another category for official announcements. Currently, it’s located under the celebration and connections category. In case it’s not possible to create a new category, maybe we can pin announcement-related posts?
