Showing flooded road

In my area, most roads get flooded and people coming through there would get stuck and have to relay on google maps to find other routes. Most people that are affected are tourists, food delivery agents, courier services and native people. As google maps is showing CLOSED roads and roads that is currently constructing, there is no feature to know whether a road is flooded or not [ especially in rainy seasons ]. I really wants that feature on google maps.

The answer: Use the Google-owned Waze app instead, the community-driven reporting and the ability for editors to make map changes almost instantly absolutely shames the inferior offerings in Maps when it comes to having reassuring current data on-hand when making trips.

Within a couple of clicks you can report a flood (or other hazards) that shows up almost immediately for others users or mark a road as closed / impassible to help others route around it in advance.
